I received an email on XX/XX/2022 for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card from XXXX/U.S. Bank and it offered a 0 % introductory rate for 15 billing cycles and {$150.00} cash reward bonus if {$500.00} was spent within the first 90 days for eligible purchases. I applied for this offer using the confirmation code provided and was approved but after using the card and meeting the terms my statement balance incurred interest for regular purchases. I reached out to U.S. Bank about my account and spoke to a representative that soon stated " this was not a bait and switch '' and shortly after I requested a supervisor. I was given no reason why my account reflected completely different terms and was told that more information was required and anything to support my claim should only be faxed or mailed. I faxed the documents on XX/XX/2022 of the email offer which even had the confirmation code included to Card Member Services and confirmed it was being reviewed. Next I told my request for this to be corrected to the intial agreement had denied and a letter stating this along with different terms was being mailed. Over the period of two weeks speaking to four supervisors and multiple agents there was no resolution for me and I was told they would not honor the terms offered and nothing further could be done. Finally the company maintained the claim I was at fault and my only option would be to except that my account will accumulate interest and I will not be receiving the {$150.00} that was offered and I agreed to when signing up for this specific and offer.
