This is follow-up to prior complaint number XXXX. Rushmore Loan Management Services is trying to collect a bogus debt I do not owe for alleged new loan number XXXX that I never took out with their company and/or XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX acting as ostensible trustee. The original loan XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was cancelled by XXXX XXXX : XXXX County court clerk, case # XXXX. Now Rushmore attorneys are opening the same court case to collect on a new bogus debt. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Chief Operating Officer, XXXX XXXX received a promissory note for full settlement from me and agreed not to sell my note but to pay me {$1000.00}. per day and then {$10000.00}. per day respectively for every day she failed to delivery my free- & -clear title. Her company was also invoiced for services rendered to the property. See lien filed with XXXX County Register of Deeds : Document # XXXX.
