I was approved for my Chase Credit card on XX/XX/XXXX and according to Chase 's terms and conditions the billing cycle of which the date the month ends matches the number of days in the month to ensure the due date is the same every month. So it's either XXXX or XXXX ( unless it's XXXX then it's XXXX or XXXX ). My first statement was closed on XX/XX/XXXX, of which only gave my first billing month 26 days, instead of 28 days ( or XX/XX/XXXX ). Other cards that I have opened with Chase have closed according to the normal Chase terms of the number of days in the month. I spoke to Chase on XXXX occasions first being XX/XX/XXXX and after speaking to them and then put on hold to speak to a supervisor they claimed they had issues and it disconnected my call. I called back immediately but after talking with a customer service representative they said I would have to wait in the que again for another 15+ minutes to talk to a supervisor. I asked to leave a message to have them call me back the following day but they said that wasn't possible, I hung up because I wasn't able to hold for a supervisor. I called back on XX/XX/XXXX again spoke to a representative and then was put on hold to speak to a supervisor, and after 10 minutes or so I spoke to a supervisor. They understood my complaint and said it would have to be resolved with the " back office. '' The supervisor said they would contact me but still haven't, when I asked about a phone number to contact the " back-office '' they said they don't have one and they can't be contacted. This last supervisor said they did notice my length of my first statement was only 26 days but wasn't sure why as it should have been 28 days since it was XXXX.
