I just recieved in the mail my first contact by aidvantage who i didnt know was going to be taking over from XXXX XXXX With XXXX I was almost complete in the process of having my loans forgiven. When I opened the letter it welcomed me to aidvantage and stated my payment schedule for the first payment due on XX/XX/2022. I received this letter *first contact* on XX/XX/2022. I logged on to this new account and see that I am past due and and missed 1 payment! What. Payments are suspended until XX/XX/2022! Also my payment schedule is XXXX dollars a month when I have been paying XXXX dollars. I am XXXX, XXXX, and am a military XXXX. I am filing a complaint with you, the state board, XXXX, and the cfpb. I want any missed payments removed and expunged from record and I want any reporting to credit bureaus reversed. I want my loans to be forgiven or discharged immediately. Desired Settlement : Billing adjustment ; Correction to a credit report ; DISCHARGE
