I dont use this account and thought it would be closed after 90 days of {$0.00} balance. After Key Bank flat out lied in their previous CFPB response to another issue, I wanted the account closed. The customer service representative said it could not be closed even if it had a {$0.00} balance. I waited 90 days and it is still open. Thankfully, I have many choices when it comes to banking.
