I was on automatic payments. The last payment bounced because I was away and did not have the money in my account. Citi Visa cancelled my card in XX/XX/2021 after having this card for over 10 years. Because they cancelled it in XXXX, I was not entitled to my end of year rewards totalling over {$1400.00} because I did not have the account at the end of XX/XX/2021! If I had not been on automatic payment at the due date, Citicards would have rolled over my balance and I would have paid interest on the unpaid balance. Instead, they cancelled my card completely just before I was to receive my bonus payment for all my transactions that occurred during the year. This was an arbitrary judgement on their part. I want them to pay me my bonus due at the year end and reinstate my credit card.
