Consumer Narrative

My loans started in XXXX with XXXX XXXX and were transferred to XXXX in XXXX. In XXXX I had a default history but the loans were rehabilitated in XXXX and sold to XXXX. Due to the fact I am enrolled in PSLF, my loans were transferred to Fed Loan in XX/XX/XXXX. I requested a FOIA from DOE to obtain my loan history from XXXX XXXX and XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. I just received the loan history and is missing all the data from XXXX XXXX and XXXX also FED LOAN has me listed as rehabilitation forberance from XXXX, which is completely wrong. This can impact my loan history and potential forgiveness. Please assist me, My complains are both to the DOE for not having accurate information and FED LOAN for not giving the correct information. Please help.
