On or around XX/XX/2022, I attempted to place an order with Home Depot and take advantage of financing offer up to 24 month of financing on purchases over {$290.00}. First said website would not take order my Home Depot credit card kept declining purchase although the account was in good standing with available balance. Home Depot resolution department got involved with placing order promised at exact delivery date and further adjustment if product was not delivered in time. Not only was the product not delivered in time but sent out wrong merchandise and billing is incorrect. Home then separated each item ( 51 ) in total into several orders making billing verification and payments impossible to apply correctly and timely to avoid financing charges. I attempted to reach Executive Office several times about this issue and was told they refuse to get involved. I find the billing and financing option a deceptive business practice and asked you investigate this as an official complaint.
