I had got a BestBuy credit card and signed up for auto payment and e-statement for each month I was getting my statements, but they did not show any charges. I just got the Your XXXX Annual Account Summary report from BestBuy and seen over past year there was around 700 dollars worth of charges around 110 dollars each month for some debt protection fees. I never would have signed up for this if I was properly informed about it and the fact that it was not showing up as charges each month is looking like unfair practices to me. I called the XXXX number and got redirected three times before I got someone who cancelled the program. I asked for proof that I was informed and signed up for this program and was told it could take 30 days before I am sent anything. I think sense I was not shown each month this charge was happening I should be allowed to receive a refund of these charges as I did not even see this until the summary report came out and I seen this in it. I made a big purchase in XXXX but before that I have almost always payed off the card sense I had it and never seen these charges before.
