On XX/XX/2022, I visited the Chase Branch at XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, MO XXXX and spoke with XXXX XXXX to open an account. I provided XXXX with my Missouri drivers license, Social Security card and my U.S. Passport. While XXXX was entering information in the system an alert appeared stating to contact a 877 number. XXXX made several calls and was told that no new accounts could be opened for me. XXXX asked for a reason why no accounts could be opened, and I also inquired and there was no reason given as to why I couldn't have an account opened. I reviewed my XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts and there is no notices found there either. I am requesting that Chase provide a written response as to why I can't have an account opened with them.
