Fraudulent charge of {$920.00} was made on XX/XX/2021 to a Citi card previously held by me. I reported the fraud to Citi on XX/XX/2021. Citi cancelled the card on which the fraudulent charge was made and issued a new one but moved the fraudulent charge to the newly issued card. I received a letter dated XX/XX/2021 stating that my account had been credited and would be reversed in 2 business days. To date, Citi has failed to credit the account and remove the charge. Furthermore, they have assessed late fees and finance charges ( and continue ) on the fraudulent charge amount disputed and reported me as a delinquent account to credit agencies. To date, Citi has failed to resolve and remove the fraudulent charge and all related charges from my account. They have also failed to retract their erroneous reporting regarding my account to the credit agencies. To date, they continue their threatening attempts to coerce me into paying the fraudulent charge and related amounts charged to the account.
