My credit report shows a late payment from 2018. This is one item on my report negatively impacting my credit. As you can see from all my payments, Ive never had a late payment. I had one problem with this company when they had problems with their computer systems. I made the payment and recorded the confirmation. When they called me about the late payment, I gave them my confirmation number and they could not locate it. I always make on time payments with their automated phone system. This was an issue on their end and needs to be removed. Thank you.
