XXXX of last year there was a Chase credit card open in my name and then also on Amazon credit card open in my name and my identity was stolen along with my social security number my driver 's license I'm putting documents for me and my kids so I've been going to XXXX and back and I also lost {$2000.00} with the money because of this identity theft and I just found out this month that three major companies had their company 's hacked
