Around XX/XX/2021, fraudulent purchases were made on a wayfair credit card linked to wayfair my account on wayfair.com. There was an amount for {$760.00}, {$400.00}, and {$410.00} made on one day. I noticed these purchases from an email the following day. I reported these claims and they were resolved, but they have reissued the amount back to my account stating that I am now responsible. There is clear poof that I didnt not order these items by the name used and the location there items were sent. With the quick response I provided to the issue these orders should have been prevented from shipping and the transaction should have been canceled but the response team did not act in the proper accord to secure their assets and create a worthy customer fraud remediation. I am now stuck with a bill of almost {$2000.00} dollars that i did not authorize. I am also paying interest on an account that guaranteed 24 months not interest. This experience has been displeasinf for them to respond this way 60 days later.
