In 2020 I pulled my XXXX Credit Bureau File and found Portfolio Recovery Associates , LLC entered an ERROR on my file claiming I owe {$520.00} to XXXX Bank Nevada, NA. I do not owe XXXX any money, and I do not owe any money to Portfolio Recovery or signed any agreements with Portfolio. On XXXX I send Portfolio Recovery a Certified Letter, Return Receipt Requested, informing them of their mistake, objecting to owing them any money and asking for PROOF that I owe the debt. I asked for copies of any documents bearing my signature from XXXX Bank Nevada showing that I have an obligation to pay this debt. Portfolio responded on XXXX and FAILED to include any proof or any documents, order forms, etc. proving that the debt belongs to me. To date Portfolio refuses to delete their ERROR on my credit report causing me damages.
