Received a care credit card. Dr office accidentally charged interest on an interest free card. They called care credit to fix the issue. Care credit assured me they fixed the issue. However, they also noticed a security fee was charged in the amount of XXXX so they advised it will be fixed and gave me an amount In the XXXX amount. However, I can not get an accurate bill after 2 months of trying to fix the issue. Yet they want me to pay a bill with an incorrect amount. Need a corrected bill. Notations are in the system as well as the recording of the calls. I want a correct bill so I can pay my bill properly.
