On XX/XX/2022 I spoke with customer service about my account and to notify them that my Federal tax return would be deposited, the account was closed anyway. On XX/XX/2022 CitiBank force my Federal Tax Return into that closed account and refused me access to my account. I have called everyday trying to get them to give me access to my funds. I have also spoke with supervisors and I have left my number for call backs. All I keep getting is if I wanted immediate access I can go to a branch ( I live in Texas, there is no branch ) or wait 30 to 60 days for a check to be mailed once my account is closed. If my account was closed on the XXXX of XXXX why was my taxes forced into that closed account? My utilities have been disconnected, my phone is disconnected and my rent is due. Wait for a check will have my family and I XXXX
