In XX/XX/2022 my statement from Shop Your Way Mastercard charged me interest for late payment of the amount charged in XXXX, XXXX. The payment was due on XX/XX/2022 and their records showed that the payments were made on XX/XX/2022. I called the Customer Service line and when they reviewed the transactions they agreed that the charge was incorrect and told me they would eliminate the interest charge, so, I made a payment less the interest charge. I just received the XX/XX/2022 statement from Shop Your Way Mastercard, and they did it again. This time the payment was due on the XXXX of the month and the payments were received on the XXXX of the month. When I called them, they refused tor waive the interest stating that I had not paid the prior balance in full. It didnt ' make any difference how many times I explained that the balance paid was the amount less the interest I was illegally charged, they insisted that the balance for the prior month had to be paid. So, basically, they are charging me interest on interest which is illegal. You assistance in investigating Shop Your Way Mastercard appears to be necessary
