I noticed 2 fraud charges on my Chase credit card account for {$400.00} and {$400.00} at XXXX XXXX. Immediately called Chase customer care. They reversed the charge and issued a new card. However, a month later today, I noticed those charges back on my account. Called Chase and they told me our investigation found card was used in-store. Since cards with chips cant be cloned, it had to be you. They said they will look into it more but I am just frustrated by the time and energy I am having to spent into this.
