I paid for a business mailer to be sent by XXXX services in early XXXX. This company claimed to have sent the mailer, but it was never delivered. There was no evidence that this order was ever actually fulfilled, and there are dozens of complaints saying this company is a scam online but operating under a different name. I filed a complaint with Chase that this was a fraudulent charge on XX/XX/XXXX. They rejected the complaint and said I needed to provide more information. I filed a second dispute on XX/XX/XXXX providing additional information that XXXX was fraudulently charging me for services that were never delivered. I also included evidence that the materials provided by XXXX were cropped and altered to obfuscate the fact that the order was never delivered. This second claim was also rejected without feedback by Chase. I then tried to contact the Chase dispute department on XX/XX/XXXX multiple times but was hung up on when I was told I'd be transferred to a supervisor. I believe that Chase is knowingly allowing XXXX to bill customers for undelivered or non-existent services, and when I pointed this out to them they said there was nothing they could do. I have been a loyal Chase customer for many years, have done tens of thousands of dollars in transactions with them, never missed a payment, and I have been very surprised at their lack of care.
