To who May this concern, XX/XX/2022 my Bank account got hacked. My bank Chase was able to return me the money I was satisfied after making a new account and closed out the old one .Chase did say they filed a claim for this to be under investigation. Today XX/XX/2022 Chase claim department took that money from my account called my hacker and they verified I did give them access to take money out i had to give the money back leaving my account negative. The hacker called me from a chase number I had no idea I was being hacked to get access to my account. I feel like this is unfair my bank should be protecting my personal information not the hackers. And Im getting charged for being negative XXXX $ each transaction made from the bank. Im left frustrated and I just need to know this wont be left unresolved and my hacker winning.
