Once I visited Macy 's store in XXXX, I was persistently offered their credit card on terms that there will be a 20 % discount on making first purchase at the store. I didn't have to buy anything that day and I confirmed this from the person who issued me this card that I'll come later and I'll still get the discount. When I visited later, at the billing counter, the concerned person again told me that the 20 % discount will appear in the monthly statement. That never happened, I received the bill without discount applied. I raised the issue several times over email as well as phone- it was never resolved. Since I was billed wrongly, I didn't pay the bill and kept requesting to fix the mistake. Instead of fixing the bill, I started receiving the bill with late fee on top the wrong bill. I again kept calling, writing mails to your team to get it fixed. Instead, my credit score was devastated. Please fix the bill and also report to the credit bureau so that the mistake is undone. I've gone through enough mental stress as of now, please don't aggravate it by not fixing the mistake that happened at Macy 's end
