This is not the first time Chase has lowered my credit line after paying off my entire balance. Its odd that we have been customers for almost a decade, pay our bills on time, and are rewarded by our credit line being lowered when we make large payments. I want my credit line restored to where it was, or we will have to permanently part ways with chase. This is not fair or ethical to do this without contacting the customer when they have a credit line they expect to have access to ... .no warning. Why is Chase consistently punishing loyal customers who have CONSISTENTLY paid their bills and put money in the company 's pockets? If they can't scam you out of interest rates and fees, they lower your credit line until they push you away from being a customer?? It's an off the wall business practice and I would like for Chase to take some accountability .... please do the right thing. If there was an issue or concern, why not reach out to the customer first??
