This is a continuous problem with U. S. Bank. XXXX XXXX XXXX handled all of our C D ' and upon maturity, a check was always forwarded to us right away. Since U.S. Bank bought out XXXX XXXX XXXX, we have had nothing but trouble in getting our matured C D money. On XX/XX/2022, one of our C D 's matured and I called U.S. Bank and talked to XXXX, alias XXXX, to have our money mailed to us. XXXX said it would be 10 days before we would receive it, but as of today XX/XX/XXXX, we still have not received our money. I called on the XXXX of XXXX and spoke with XXXX XXXX to check on our funds and she said the bank had made a mistake, but she said we should receive the funds soon. I called XXXX and XXXX in personnel for them to check on our proceeds and nothing has been received. Communicated to the bank on their email to no avail in receiving our money. This is a float on our money and these mistakes by the bank should be punishable, please accept this as a Formal Complaint.
