Dear Sir/Madam, Chase notified me that all my Chase accounts will be closed on XX/XX/XXXX. They refuse to explain why they made this decision both via phone and personally in the branch. I am very confused, as I believe I have done everything according to the rules, and even if they close my accounts I would like to understand the situation and learn from this lesson to prevent it happening in the future. I am a XXXX citizen, and engaged with US banking first in XXXX when relocating to the XXXX. I have been constantly employed ever since, and my employer deposited over 300.000 USD to my Chase XXXX Checking account. My credit score improved a lot as well over the years, going from low 600s to 750+, I have never had a late payment and my credit utilization is XXXX % on average. I have recently received a credit limit increase and also a salary increase, so I really do not understand why they decided to close my accounts. I would appreciate any help! Thank you
