Consumer Narrative

In XXXX of 2022 I applied for a XXXX program through XXXX XXXX XXXX on my mortgage with Chase, which had come out of a forebearance. I had been pre-approved for $ XXXX or so. XXXX XXXX opened the XXXX application on XX/XX/2022. I submitted my extensive application on that date. I received confirmation that the application was complete and I needed to do nothing else. I let my mortgage company- Chase- know that I was applying for this, and a servicer had actually helped me with some of the financial details of the application. I have kept them up to date on the process almost weekly since that time. Note that Chase can not " see '' on their side of things that I have applied for anything. They say that a XXXX party servicer is handling the XXXX program. I was approved by XXXX XXXX for the XXXX program. The next step was they submitted - by computer - a request to Chase for documentation - details about my mortgage, so the application could be completed. They have received nothing back from Chase since XXXX. At the end of XXXX I had a mortgage person at Chase and a person at XXXX XXXX on a 3-way conversation ( with me ) to talk about this. That phone call was recorded by Chase for my records- and XXXX XXXX was notified that it would be. I have had extensive email conversation with XXXX XXXX to follow up - they have also asked me to ask Chase for an extension on my forebearance arrangement because of this HAF process. I did and was granted one until XX/XX/XXXX. Obviously, that date was missed. Today I spoke to a supervisor at XXXX XXXX about this and was told there is nothing anyone can do - it is a federal computer system for XXXX talking to a federal computer system for Chase. They have rec 'd confirmation that the request to Chase was received. This means we just " need to wait '' - because Chase is soooo big and they have soooo many applications around the country. This just can not be the way it is. There must be some guidelines and rules and regs that Chase would be under to manage the program. Chase, right now, seems to be completely unaware of my application, except for the notes I have asked to have continuously written into my file. My loan # with Chase is : XXXX My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX labeled my name as XXXX XXXX XXXX The address is XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, RI, XXXX My email is : XXXX My phone is : XXXX The mortgage XXXX application is being process by XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX - ( XXXX ) XXXX I am attaching documents.
