Synchrony/Amazon Credit Card XXXX XXXX On XX/XX/2021 I received a refund from Amazon.com website for a Heat Press I returned to them, But BEFORE the refund from the website I paid my Amazon Store Card to a ZERO balance on XX/XX/2021. On XX/XX/2021 Amazon Store Card sent me a refund check in the amount of {$420.00} then as of XXXX AFTER issuing me a refund check they said my balance I owe was {$420.00} which is FALSE I have documentation to back this up. I do NOT owe anything as this was a refund from Amazon website. I want this resolved, I have called Synchrony/Amazon credit card company at least 10 times regarding this since XX/XX/2021 with NO LUCK or RESOLVE. Because of what Synchrony Bank/Amazon has erroneously done/charged to my CLOSED account it has lowered my credit score by XXXX pts, I was at almost XXXX pts. and now because of this I'm at XXXX pts.
