We filed and were approved for forbearance by our previous mortgage company ( Rushmore Loan Management Services ) and while in Forberance in XX/XX/2021 our mortgage company reported that we had a late/missing payment for the month of XX/XX/2021. Since then, I've spoke with MULTIPLE people from the company who have assured me they made a mistake and will get it fixed and it CONTINUES to not be fixed. I've lost XXXX points on my credit score with XXXX and when I talk to them ( which I have multiple times ) they tell me to file a dispute and it's been rejected I think 3 times now EVEN after Rushmore tells me it'll be fixed. Don't know where else to turn but Rushmore is not getting it fixed and has even rejected to return my calls the last 2 times I've talked to a manager. I also have a file I'm attaching SHOWING they've admitted they were wrong about this situation but still haven't gotten it fixed even after assuring me numerous times they would.
