Consumer Narrative
I had disputed amounts charged to me by an entity known as XXXX XXXXXXXX in on XX/XX/2018 for {$560.00} and {$430.00} on my Chase credit card. Long story short, after much back and forth for almost a year, Chase told me they closed out the case and told me I was responsible for the charges. Even after I had provided them evidence of the company being fraudulent.
