On XX/XX/XXXX found out my property was getting foreclosed on when the documents was submitted on time and before the 37 day time period Rushmore Loan Management Service keep stating. Rushmore Loan Service Management did not notify the third party or me that if any document was need or missing. Rushmore Loan Service Management claimed they tried to reach me in regarding to this situation which was not true. They was informed to contact the third party on behalf of me. I did not request for a loan modification assistance. Rushmore Loan Management Service keep giving me a run regarding loss mitigation assistance. I reapply for assistance again and I am still keep getting the run around once again.
