I called them and they said they cant do anything about it and I have to continue to wait until they feel like removing it from my report. Its already been eight years so Im not sure how much longer itll take for it to be removed. It is now showing as derogatory on my report and it needs to be removed immediately. This account is closed and was paid in full I dont owe anything to them.
