Consumer Narrative
My actual issue is with two debt buyers who after three rounds of letters have refused to validate their ownership of my debt and provide proof of my contract with them to pay. They are also reporting on one of the credit bureaus that I have a late payment of 120 days ( EQ ). This is false and inaccurate information and I request that the below mentioned accounts be removed from all three of the credit bureaus. XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX Portfolio Recovery Account # XXXX and XXXX
