I've contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and they don't have any information to assist me because I am a MAN. I have never been to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I've contacted BC Services and they insist that I am liable for treatment. If this bill is for medical services or tests, please make sure to include the da te, time and type of service provided. Ive been the victim of many duplicate charges and need as much documentation that you can provide so that I can match it with my payments. It is also very important to include all signed agreements for medical services. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE ALL SIGNED CONTRACTS FOR THE AMOUNT DUE.
