Consumer Narrative
Chase Bank-my checking account - {$750.00} was stolen ( a check washed ). I reported to Chase Wednesday nightXXXX XXXX. At XX/XX/25, my money still has not been returned to me. They have been giving me the run-around. Gave me several different dates of claim approval and, money to be in my account. Now they say by XXXX. This is unacceptable. It is my money and I have not paid my rent. It was part of my SS check.!.
