My first card was mailed XX/XX/2022 and I never received it. On XX/XX/2022 at XXXX I requested a replacement card be expedited and was told I would receive the card in the mail by XX/XX/2022. The website stated my card would come in XXXX days but customer service had no definitive information regarding the card at all. I do not have access to my funds and it has become a burden to live without income. I can not pay my bills, or buy groceries. This is unfair to me and anyone else experiencing this. Card holder services US Bank Reliacard not having answers or solutions is unacceptable.
