On XX/XX/2022 I got paid my monthly check of XXXX I went to town to buy what I could afford for the month and pay bills I ended up losing my wallet I went home went to bed by morning still no signs of finding my wallet so I called the ace elit card automated system to check bal and cancel my card well there had been XXXX $ dollars spent from my card and but was still pending I called emedietly to figure out the what was going on the there had been money spent on there I did not do of a western union of sorts to a foreign country they told me at net spent I had to call back the next day of XX/XX/2022 because that it was still pending in so thats what I did they filed the dispute but told me I had 10 days to mail them a typed or written letter to dispute the unautherized transaction on my Card well I did exactly what they asked of me and they told me that I did not send them the typed letter they asked for with in 10 days witch I mostsertantly did on XX/XX//2022 is the date they told me to write the letter in 10 days so they can temporarily pay my funds back to me until the most wait of 90 for them to investigate my case and I'm now sitting in the hole XXXX dollars and they claim by mail Ed letter saying I did not compli with in the 10 day mark and I have a email poof that I did XXXXomplie just yesterday I got the letter in the mail XX/XX/ 2022 I emailed them back sending pics of my inbox sent out box and what I got in the mail they replied stating that that dispute was not from card holder well I'm pretty sure I am the card holder and I'm positive that was my email they got that from but it wasn't the card holder that sent it?????
