I purchased a new washer and dryer from XXXX. It was delivered damaged so I refused it and they did not show up twice for the rescheduled delivery so I cancelled the order. XXXX processed only a partial refund however. The order total was {$2500.00}. They processed two refunds. One for {$2000.00} and one for {$360.00}, leaving me with a balance of {$170.00}. I filed a dispute with Synchrony for the {$170.00}. They denied the dispute based on information from XXXX stating the items had been picked up. The information they provided showed my receipt as well as a screen print from their system showing picked up items. However, the screenshot was of someone elses order and the items in the screenshot do not match those on my receipt. I notified Synchrony of this as well as provided screenshots of the XXXX website showing the items had not been picked up. And their response was to congratulate me that XXXX 's had already credited me the {$2300.00} and my dispute was approved. However, this still left me with the balance of {$170.00}. So my dispute was not resolved. I contacted Synchrony by phone today t ask them to resolve and their response was they would open another dispute and see what XXXX has to say. This is unacceptable.
