Since XXXX I have been waiting on response on my discharge application. A month ago they erroneously deemed my application incomplete based on not having accounting transcripts that were in fact provided to them Nevertheless, I paid to have official transcripts sent and still have not heard anything back. Its been one thing after another and its ridiculous - not to mention these erroneous loans are causing strife as I am a single mother. This is unethical!
