US Bank as of XX/XX/2021 via their own document has NOT correctly accounted Principal Only payments to my loan. In addition when I was attempting to Retitle and Register the vehicle in the State of Florida they refused until at their direction redact my correct address for a Florida address. The staff at CFPB did not read my original complaint and the reply from US Bank because the reply was about something totally different and did NOT address my complaint
