Im a XXXX veteran and have been FORCED to deal with this company just to get an invoice. I NEVER asked to have paperless bills, my first contact with company was to get a bill and pay it. Now that CFPB got involved they were forced to actually send me an invoice see attached file and payment has been mailed Friday XX/XX/2022 from XXXX XXXX XXXX. Now they are harassing me saying my payment is late! This is out of my hands! Im a XXXX veteran!
