Chase has routinely allowed fraudulent charges on my card. When I have disputed them with Chase, chase has automatically denied the claim without doing any of the research. This has happened three times recently, but those are not the only times it has happened. This is a breach contract with Chase, and I also consider this credit card fraud on Chase 's end. They are fully allowing this to happen. I can no longer even use the card due to being fearful of them simply allowing any merchant to charge my credit card for anything, at any time. 1. On XX/XX/XXXX I made a purchase with XXXX XXXX. They sent me the incorrect item and agreed to issue me a refund if I returned the item. The item was returned and the merchant acknowledged getting the item back but never issued a refund. I submitted a billing dispute with Chase since I never received the CORRECT item that I ordered. Chase simply denied my dispute stating that I checked the incorrect box online stating that I didn't receive the item I ordered, and they showed that it had been delivered to me. I did NOT check the incorrect box online, the merchant did send me something, but it was the wrong item, so I checked the box stating that I did not receive the item I ordered, which I did not. This was even proven by the emails the merchant sent to Chase where they even acknowledged that they had the item returned to them. I was billed {$560.00} for item item that I have never received and Chase mistakenly denied the claim and by the time they admitted their error, they said too much time had passed for them to do anything about it. 2. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX charged my credit card for {$180.00} and I have no idea why. I did not authorize this charge nor did I receive anything from them for this charge. XXXX could not clearly even explain to me what this charge was for, so I filed a dispute with Chase. Chase automatically denied my claim, even though I never received anything for this charge. Chase said they contacted XXXX about the charge and they considered it valid, but XXXX stated that they've never even heard from Chase about it at all. Chase simply denies billing disputes rather than looking into them adequately. 3. On XX/XX/XXXX, I was to receive a {$400.00} refund on a purchase I made of {$1800.00}. XXXX delivered some furniture to me but their delivery driver dropped the furniture and damage the siding on my house. I had it repaired and XXXX said it would be applied to my account but it never was. I showed proof of this charge to Chase, but yet again they denied the dispute even though I had proof of the fee that was to be refunded to me. Chase has routinely failed to honor our contractural agreement. They are knowingly and willfully allowing fraud to happen on my credit card without doing anything about it, even though I have supplied more than adequate proof for each of these billing disputes. Chase is knowingly allowing fraud to happen on my card and refuses to do anything about it.
