My name is XXXX XXXX, I recently was on a business trip to XXXX with some of my coworkers. I had stopped by an XXXX in XXXX, CA before going on the trip ( which is viewable on my bank statement ). I made my way to XXXX, when a few days later, I noticed very little money in my account. It becomes apparent that someone is spending money on both my savings and checking account in XXXX, hours away from XXXX. I disputed the charges with Chase, but not only did they fail to take down the correct charges, they denied my dispute saying " the card was used with no pin attempts '' when I'm clearly in a completely different place than where the card was used. The total amount of my charges was {$570.00}, putting me into a horrible position financially. They also took back the money that was in my savings account, being {$400.00} as well. If there is anything you guys can do to help me, that would be of great help.
