I was detained in the XXXX county jail in XXXX Utah, on XX/XX/XXXX. And was transferred to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXXXXXX XXXX. Where I was released on XX/XX/XXXX. The transactions that occured between XX/XX/XXXX thru XX/XX/XXXX were made without my authorization. I reported it to NetSpend.com card company and have asked for a statement so I can see who made the unauthorized purchases. They haven't sent any statements. Someone fraudulently used my debit card and spent over XXXX dollars on my NetSpend debit card
