Consumer Narrative

XXXX charged my credit card for {$75.00} without my permission. They had the card stored in their app. I used another form of payment. But they charged my other card anyway. I disputed it but Citi didn't approve the dispute as they said I could not prove XXXX charged my card twice. However, I never told Citi my card was charged twice. I told them that XXXX charged the card without authorization.
