On XX/XX/2022 Best Buy Credit Card blocked my account due to suspicious activity. I called them to clarify, and get verified but they wouldn't do anything to help me, aside than just saying we'll call you back to verify the account which they never call back. I would really appreciate your assistance in trying to get this resolved and my card unblocked. I have called them multiple times to get this resolved and they unblock my card for a few days and re-block them, and they say someone will call me to verify my account but they never ever call. I would like your assistance in helping me resolve this issue, and to find out what's going on with this credit card company that they keep playing games with me, and honestly is getting to be extremely frustrating. I understand they need to verify accounts if they have suspicious activity, but they don't even try to verify the account like other well managed credit card companies that they will ask you very personal questions to verify the account, and even have you take a picture with your valid id, maybe they should learn how to operate and treat customers like people.
