This is an UPDATE with new information. Pursuant to 15 USC 1692g, I requested a reinvestigation of my consumer report for accurate and fair reporting. I still have not been furnished with ORIGNIAL copies of my contract signed with my SIGNATURE on it. Instead, I have received statements, which does not indicated that those are my accounts. The company is in violation of 15 USC 1692g, as I, as the consumer, did not verify the accuracies. The " statements '' showed that the accounts are accurate. Who confirmed it? Only I as the consumer have the right to verify if an account is mine. I also requested no XXXX verifications. The company is also in direct violation of 15 USC 1681 because it states that FAIR AND ACCURATE reporting. Also according to 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ) ( A ), the information on my consumer report is supposed to be REMOVED if it is not verified. And only I as the consumer can verify the information, as I am the one who " signed '' the alleged contracts. Also pursuant to 15 USC 1681n, I am entitled to monetary compensation PER VIOLATION due to willful negligence of the company not properly responding to my request as a consumer. I WILL exercise my rights as a consumer and pursue the matter in court if need be.
