I had numerous defective orders from XXXX over XXXX. When I went to get a return and refund, XXXX wanted me to pay more than the price of the items in return shipping so I filled disputes. Citibank not only discriminated against me, they also allowed XXXX to cause me fraud. I still have the defective and wrong merchandise they sent waiting on a prepaid return label or an address within the US to ship to. I never received that.
