XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed XXXX XXXX company overcharge me for the rental I received. After contacting the CC company they stated they would help. No results, but in XX/XX/XXXX XXXX go to charge mt card 2 additional times after my dispute was filed and new card sent out because of unauthorized charges. XX/XX/XXXX the CC company stated someone had to give XXXX my new account information because thats the only way my account would keep being charged. After talking to their fraud department, they reimbursed me {$69.00} and was waiting for the conclusion of investigation to reimburse the other {$200.00} charge. The CC never reimbursed, I sent a couple of certified mailings asking if they can investigate and provide me with the details of their investigation. I received no responses and have emails where the fraud department acknowledge they have not even investigated the fraudulent charge. This email was back in XX/XX/XXXX and still no response after I bring it to the representative attention.
