On XX/XX/2022. I Consumer XXXX XXXX sent a letter certified mail to Southeast Toyota Finance in regards to an alleged car loan with them, I informed them that the contract was misleading. Southeast Toyota could not validate this alleged debt/ car loan. They simply stated that the alleged contract validated the debt. The contract is misleading because it was a copy, I need to see the original. The contract could have been forged. I also need to see proof that Southeast Toyota had these funds in their account before it was given to me. According to 12 USC83 banks can not loan money ( own stock ). 12 USC 1431 the role of the bank is not to extent credit or loans. Only the original creditor can which is the natural person. Southeast Toyota Failed to respond to my my letter other than saying this alleged car loan was verified by a " copy contract '' not an original. Also I paid a downpayment of {$4000.00}. According the 15 USC 1662 the finance charge is the sum of all charges that does not include cash. Southeast Toyota does not normally charge a downpayment of {$4000.00} because I have had an alleged contract with them before and did not have to put anything down.
