We have Citi Costco card when Costco switched over from XXXX XXXX. We did not always get our monthly bills consistently. We payed on time by checking online but two of the years ( XXXX & XXXX ) we did not get our reward certificate. We called their support number and was told to go to Costco when we wanted to purchase and they would be able to assist us. At Costco, they told us that it was a Citi bank issue and they don't have the reward. We have been told the total for those years is {$1000.00}. We have asked them to check call recording to verify what the Citi representative told us on the phone but they won't honor what they told us.
